One of our core missions here at the Digital Currency Trader’s Alliance is to ensure that consumers are protected as cryptocurrency legislation is passed in the United States. Laws being written right now will affect how this industry is regulated for the foreseeable future, and we want to make sure legislators get it right.

The challenge:

Blockchain and digital asset technologies are incredibly complicated, and often difficult for newcomers to understand. As a result, there is a huge potential for misinformation to be spread regarding the pros and cons of this powerful technology, and how it affects consumers.

That’s why we created the Crypto Consumer Legislative Handbook; an all-in-one resource meant to explain cryptocurrency and digital assets in plain terms that any lawmaker can understand. This resource was intended to be something you can send your local politicians to help them better understand this technology and what you, their constituents, want to see in sensible blockchain regulation (although your skeptical friends and family might benefit from reading it, too).
