1. Non-incorporated Organizations: DCTA Affiliates can be non-incorporated organizations, allowing for flexibility and ease of establishment. If needed, DCTA can provide fiscal sponsorship assistance to support your activities.
2. Minimum Membership Requirement: To launch a DCTA Affiliate, a minimum of 1-3 DCTA members must be actively involved. This requirement fosters collaboration and ensures a diverse range of perspectives.
3. Engagement with Government and Regulatory Bodies: DCTA Affiliates play a crucial role in educating government and regulatory bodies about the necessity of safeguarding digital currency consumers. Your willingness to engage and collaborate with these entities will help drive effective policy change.
